For the most useful support request, open Mockordings and go to Settings → Suggestions & Feedback. The email draft will automatically include your app version, build number, and iOS version.

Please include:

  • Your iPhone model
  • What you were trying to do
  • Any error message that appeared
  • The steps that led to the problem
  • A screenshot, when helpful

You do not need to send private source photos or videos. Only share media if you are comfortable doing so and believe it is necessary to reproduce the issue.

Frequently asked questions

What can I use for free?

Mockordings includes unlimited still-image exports, all solid colors and gradients, and up to five successful video exports per local calendar day.

What does Mockordings Pro include?

Mockordings Pro removes the daily video-export limit and unlocks photo and video backgrounds.

Pro is available as monthly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions and as a one-time Lifetime purchase. Available plans and localized prices are shown in the app.

Do I need a Mockordings account?

No. Mockordings does not require an account or sign-in.

An Apple Account is used by the App Store only when purchasing, managing, or restoring Mockordings Pro.

Does Mockordings upload my media?

Mockordings does not upload your photos, videos, projects, or exports to servers operated by Mockordings or its developer. Media processing and rendering happen on your device.

If an item is stored in iCloud Photos, iOS may need an internet connection to download it from Apple before Mockordings can use it.

When you use the iOS share sheet, the exported file is sent only to the app or service you select.

Which export formats are supported?

Still mockups are exported as PNG images. Video mockups are exported as MP4 videos.

Completed exports can be saved to Photos or shared through the iOS share sheet.

Where are my previous mockups?

Completed mockups and their editable projects appear under Previous Mockordings on the home screen.

Mockordings does not provide its own account-based cloud-sync service. Save or share important exports before deleting the app or moving to another device.

What happens when I delete a saved mockup?

Deleting a mockup removes its archived export and saved edit project from Mockordings. This cannot be undone.

It does not remove a separate copy that you previously saved to Photos.

Import help

A photo or video will not import

Try the following:

  • Confirm that Mockordings has permission to access the selected item.
  • If the item is stored in iCloud Photos, connect to the internet and allow time for the original to download.
  • Try importing another item to determine whether the source file is causing the problem.
  • Close and reopen Mockordings, then try again.

Recent media is missing

Review the Photos permission for Mockordings in the iOS Settings app.

If you granted limited access, add the missing photo or video to the permitted selection. You can also choose an item directly through Apple’s system photo picker without granting access to your full library.

Export help

An export does not finish

Try the following:

  • Confirm that your iPhone has enough available storage.
  • Keep Mockordings open and in the foreground until rendering finishes.
  • Choose a lower export resolution.
  • For video, try a shorter source recording to determine whether the original file is causing the issue.
  • Close and reopen Mockordings, then retry.
  • Restart your iPhone if the problem continues.

Saving to Photos fails

Mockordings needs permission to add the finished image or video to Photos.

Review its Photos permission in the iOS Settings app, then try again. You can also use Share without first saving the export to Photos.

If the problem continues, contact support and include the approximate duration and resolution of the source media. Please do not email private media unless you choose to share it.

Purchases and subscriptions

How do I restore Mockordings Pro?

Open Mockordings and go to Settings → Subscription → Restore Purchases.

Make sure your device is signed in to the same Apple Account used for the original purchase.

How do I manage or cancel a subscription?

Open Mockordings and go to Settings → Subscription → Manage Subscription.

Monthly and yearly subscriptions are managed through Apple. The Lifetime option is a one-time purchase and does not renew.

I paid, but Pro is not active

Try the following:

  • Confirm that the purchase completed and is not still pending.
  • Check your internet connection.
  • Confirm that you are using the Apple Account that made the purchase.
  • Open Settings → Subscription → Restore Purchases.
  • Close and reopen Mockordings.

If Pro still does not activate, contact support and mention which plan you purchased. Never email your password or full payment information.

How do I request a refund?

All Mockordings purchases are processed by Apple. Refund eligibility and refund requests are handled through Apple’s Report a Problem service.
